user interface

Hi, I'm a real estate company based in France. I need to setup a user access for 2 different types of user : - Client who bought a property (type#1) - Client who's in the process of selling a propoerty (type#3) Type#1 specification : - ID of the client displayed on the top left - Date and time displayed on the top right - Link to client details - Link to "disconnect me" - See snapshot attached for detailed information the user will have access to. 90% of infos are static (ex: you signed the contract on XXX, we are waiting for loan approval, we received loan approval on XXX) - Last field is to be filled by me when i know exact date and location of the final signature at clerk's office (ex : We have an appointment at 10.30am, 10/11/2009 at Mr XXXX office located 10 house street 44500 la baule) Type#2 specification - ID of the client displayed on the top left - Date and time displayed on the top right - Link to client details - Link to "disconnect me" - Message box with send button delivering the message to my email - Upload new pictures of your property (delivering the pics to my mailbox ?? to the server ??) and emailing me that a client posted new pics. - Download a pdf that has to be filled and signed then returned by post only.
