My website is an online marketplace for US-based personal trainers. The site is set up except for this last part, which is integral to the site. What I need is a tool where the end user's location can be automatically detected (or they can type in their zip code) and have the page populate with personal trainers "near them." I would like to be able to adjust the radiuses, if possible. I also need the ability to add and subtract trainers from the search. Ideally, I would want to have the info these trainers fill out on my online form to automatically enter them into a database where their profiles are stored. Also, if the trainers are "online only," without a physical location, I need to have the capability of having them show up on almost any search. My goal is to have each trainer only show up in a 25-mile radius of their home zip code. Is it possible to create this tool and have it embedded onto my site? If you need an example, it is very similar to the tool used on: [login to view URL] On that site, they are able to link the information retrieved from the "Get Listed" section and have it communicate with the zip code tool for search purposes.

Hello, I would certainly be possible to get the longitude and latitude coordinates of the current user, and search your database for trainers in the given area/radius, to improve user experience it would be possible also to display the list as pins on a map so that the closest can be visualised. This need not be via the use of expensive api’s such as google or bing I have managed to produce similar for estate/letting agencies here in the United Kingdom as a means of displaying available properties.
