I would like a quote for a web app that I have in mind. It would be an online phone bank application allowing users to receive names and numbers one at a time so they can call them and then to record the outcome of that call. It would either just show them the number to call or it would send the number to their phone automatically through a voip service and allow them to continue onto the next number by pressing the # key once they're done. It would also check their ip address and allow up to an arbitrary number of calls, such as 100, and then they would be blocked from placing more until that is reset. As each call is made, there are radio buttons for the user to check where that person stands on the topic (support, not support, neutral) and it would record that to a database. It should be very user friendly, quick for participants to use, and also look nice.
It could also be similar to this application, Cause Caller: [url removed, login to view]
The user enters their phone number there and the programs sends those phone numbers to his or her phone. However, it uses the same numbers for each person when I would want different numbers used for each person out of a large database and have them checked off as they are called.
