VISA MODULE FOR WEBSITE -- 2

The existing website caters for flight & hotel booking([login to view URL]). We would like to introduce a Visa Module for Dubai. The front end will have features to 1. Upload Passport, 2. Photo, 3. ID Card . 4. Bank Statement. Upon uploading the passport the Software should capture all the files in text format a fill the text box. With this process the user will not have to physical type anything other than email & mobile number. The user upon selecting the Visa Type will move forward to the payment section & the PG will capture the payment & unique ID will be created. The user should get real time updates of its Visa Status via email & should be able track the status from the portal by using the email & unique ID generated for Visa. Upon approval the user will have the option to download the visa copy. Backend: All the data captured in front end will also be captured in backend & should have option to download the contents uploaded for onward submission. The Admin should have option to provide status & to upload the final visa. As soon as the visa is uploaded on the backend by the admin email notification along with visa attached is sent to the customer. Once the visa is approved the information stored in the backend should be automatically deleted after 60 days and should only store name, email , mobile & visa copy of the applicant. Once the complete setup is tested you will have to integrate with the existing website without disturbing the original contents & code of the website.
