We need a person who can set it up so we can do ringless voicemail drop to cell phone numbers in the US. We need to be able to do small drops of a 1,000 up to huge drops of a several million. We need a platform that is intuitive and easy to be used by our customers and the platform manager and we need to be economical cost wise. Before we would commit to this job we need to understand all of the cost we would be incurring with the phone companies for delivery etc.

i could try twillo. haven't tried yet but would be comfortable doing so i don't know about it being ringless, voicemail is fine the costs, for twillo it's like a cent or something a minuate, so a 10second call would be still a penny or so, i don't think it's a whole lot. you'd might want to try their bulk in that case your $300 developer price is good contact me to explain more
