We need a VOIP application and a CRM that can work together. We need to be able to upload data from Excel with names, telephone, address, Political Party, [login to view URL] should create a profile of the person so when the volunteers calls the person and they pick up, it counts the time on the call and when they hang up they can select to leave a note, any special instruction, send out an email, etc. If the person doesn't pick up it should give different option to either call back at a later time, to have them on a do not call list, put a note, etc. After the call its done they name will be graded out moved to another caller. It should be live updated so it can be shared in real time with other volunteers.
**Also, the phone numbers should be hidden from volunteers accounts and only administrators can see the phone numbers**
