We'd like to put up a hot-or-not type of voting poll on a site we are building. We've been advised we need some PHP knowledge, but we don't know any, in fact we're using Frontpage to create our page, because it's supposed to be very simple except for this one thing. What we want is to be able to put up pictures sent to us and visitors vote on them from 1-10. We'd remove these pictures at the end of the voting period and place them on anther page so visitors can see who is ahead. We'd also like, if possible, for visitors to be able to vote only once a day.
