Vtiger configuration with sending email que

I installed Vtiger on webserver and with VGS One STMP per User addon,

so, I'm able to send email out.

But I like to add some function like "sending email que" because my email server has limit of how many emails can be sent per hour.

so with email que, i like to send emails with email address on the Lead module by time delayed email sent.

like sending one email in every 15 seconds.

vitiger scheduler doesn't look support this, so I guess maybe some modification of php coding.
