FOR THE CUSTOMER IT WOULD HAVE 4 SIMPLE FEATUERES IN 1 SCREEN-
1) ATTENDANCE MARKING,
2) UPLOAD FEEDBACK,
3) RAISING REQUESTS,
4) UPDATING INFO OR PACKAGES WITH A MENU OPTION ON TOP.
FOR THE VENDOR IT WOULD HAVE 3-4 INDIVIUAL SCREENS –
1) DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT,
2) BILLING,
3) REFERAL, TRAINING VIDEOS & REQUEST SUPPORT FROM ADMIN.
4) MENU
FOR THE ADMIN- IT WOULD HAVE AN OVERVIEW ON CUSTOMERS & VENDOR INTERACTIONS & CAN CONTROL WHICH VENDOR CAN ON-BOARD THE PLATFORM OR NOT.
