I need to program a small / medium system for location of GPS objects via GPRS. Must be used via web and mobile phone for people between 30 and 65 years. It can not be used for maps google maps (use alternatives such as leaflet or other). A specification to be discussed is provided, the format of the database and tentative schemas of windows by chat.
