Web Application based on Live Filemaker server

We have an extensive hosted Filemaker solution. We wish to create a customer web application to give customers the ability to undertake fundamental tasks themselves via the web. The data must ultimately reside in our Filemaker Database. The web application must do the following: 1) Allow customers to create an account, reset password and login. 2) Allow customers to input specifics fields of data to request a quote. The request is then to populate inside the hosted filemaker solution so we can view the request and respond with a price. The customer must be emailed once the quote request is received and once we have quoted. Customer must be able to accept the quote and submit it back into the main system used by staff to process. No invoicing is needed, this is handled in house already. 3) Customers must be able to see limited information from multiple related tables inside Filemaker. Web application needs to be able to produce a report on screen based on various searches. 4) Customer must be able to book an inspection into a table used for bookings. Multiple parameters must be collected at this point and the customer can only book the inspection based on an active job against the account. I am a long time developer of Filemaker but am unable to produce a well designed and robust web application and am therefore seeking a developer who is familiar with Filemaker, PHP, JS and CSS to create a fresh and modern web application. The developer must be proficient with Filemaker API
