We require a web app to be made that helps us keep track of the renewable services that we sell on a monthly basis below I have listed the info we need to capture and what functionality we require. I’d like the system to be developed with the scope to add more features moving forwards turning this into a long lasting relationship with a developer. Feilds Client (We will need the ability to add new clients) The below records will need to be assigned to the client Service (This will be either be – Domain, Hosting, AV, I, SSL Certificate, Other, we may need to add more moving forwards) Description: This will be a free text section where we can enter what we want Cost: This will be a free text section where we can enter a numeric value in £ Quantity: this will be free text that will multiply the cost section Total: The total cost for the service cost x value Renewal Date: we will need to enter a date here when the service renews – this would either be the 1st of the month or a set day each year. Renewal Frequency: How often the service comes up for renewal Yearly/Monthly Past Renewal Status: This is elaborated below we need to be able to see when the service was last billed. Functionality We need to be able to bring up a screen that will show which services will be renewing in any given month, in this screen we need to be able to check that it has been billed so that it disappears until it’s next billing period. We will need to be able to easily add a new service and add it against a client We will need to be able to log into the system, select a client and view all of their renewable services. The System must look nice be visually appealing and be easy to use, we would also like the system to be password protected. We will need to be able to log in and easily add a new client.
