Scope of Work:
We want to make a php web base sale price estimation program for staff to check product's acceptable selling price in different countries (US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, JP). The program involve scripting calculation and checking database (get shipping table fee etc..in database) Normal Staff login and input some basic product data and will output a result "Acceptable” or “Not Acceptable”. Admin/Manager grade will get an extra min. sale price value. We will provide you the formula (with different parameters for different countries), shipping charge table, handling charge table, margin table for calculation. The output can bookmark, save and output to excel file for future reference.

[login to view URL] can create user account & access/change/add all parameters. Batch update all table values. Manager can change some formula parameters and backend’s table data assigned by Admin whereas Normal User just allows input basic product data and get the text format Acceptable/Not Acceptable output. Admin/Manager will get an extra min. sale price value, margin and other relevant data.
3. We will provide a formula in excel, some shipping charge tables, handling charge table, margin table for calculation.
4. The formula is the same for different countries. Currently, we need to get output for USA, UK, Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain and France Markets (US, UK, JP, DE, IT, ES, FR).
5. Frontend: User choose from the country selector( a pull down menu), input product text data (e.g. size, weight, cost, competitor selling price...), choose shipping criteria in radio / pull down menu (to get the shipping charge from shipping table for calculation), choose product categories in radio / pull down menu (to get the relevant data from margin/handling charge tables for calculation) and will get the output for different countries (output display result depend on what level the user is). User can add note and bookmark the result for future use.
6. Frontend (Bookmark): can search/show/add/delete bookmark. Can add tag to bookmark and sort out bookmark with that specific tag. Can output to excel file format..
7. Manager : Can perform all functions of Normal User. Need an interface to modify system parameter and can change fee values in the shipping/handling charge table and some formula parameters. (e.g. Formula parameter, exchange rate, shipping charges...etc....)
8. Admin : Can perform all functions of Normal User. Need an interface to modify all system parameter and can add/change/delete values in all tables. (e.g. Formula parameter, exchange rate, shipping charges....). Admin can also setup the privilege level for manager grade. (i.e. a list of parameters with a checkbox to select which parameter can be accessed by manager). Batch update the fee in all tables.
