I need our existing WooCommerce-powered store rebuilt from the ground up with a fresh, modern interface that feels intuitive on desktop, tablet, and mobile. The new design must load quickly, present products clearly, and guide shoppers smoothly from discovery to checkout. Scope of work • Design and implement a fully responsive WordPress theme tailored to WooCommerce. • Re-structure pages and navigation for fewer clicks to purchase. • Optimise core web vitals, on-page SEO tags, and schema so the store is crawler-friendly from day one. • Configure, test, and fine-tune all store functions—cart, checkout, account area, payment gateways, and third-party plugins—to make sure nothing breaks in the handover. • Migrate all existing products, images, and settings without downtime. Acceptance criteria 1. Pages score 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile & desktop). 2. Design renders consistently across the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. 3. No console errors or checkout blockers in staging or live environments. 4. Final files (theme, child theme, custom CSS/JS, and graphic assets) are provided along with a brief hand-off document.
