Web Programmers

My practice is in the process of constructing a website which is capable of: 1) providing corresponding answers to specific queries; 2) populating data with a Form Filling program; and 3) handling simple calculations. We believe we can utilize the Content Management System (CMS) of WordPress, Dupal, or Joomla, to handle the tasks. We are planning to hire (3) Programmers; one to look after one of the items listed above. We believe the programs involved are quite simple given the fact that we are utilizing the CMS functionalities of the programs of WordPress, etc. Before the successful candidates are retained, they are expected to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and they must agree that upon completion of the tasks, the intellectual property of the written programs will belong to my practice. Intending applicants are requested to advise the number of years of experience in writing programs with CMS functionalities of programs such as WordPress, etc. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to provide evidences confirming their experience in CMS. In this connection, if copies of previous portfolio are going to be attached, we would strongly advise the applicants to block out the names and other sensitive data for reason of confidentiality Instead of setting a target fee for each of the above (3) items, we would prefer the applicants to give us their quotes. In this respect, applicants may quote for (1) program or all (3) programs. They should indicate the amount for each program they intend to bid. Applicants who do not receive a response from us within 1 week may consider that the jobs have been given to other candidates. The following points are relevant: 1) we need the program done within one week; and 2) applicants must be prepared for honest comments from us regarding quality of their work and not to expect us to provide untrue assessment in my feedback to Freelancer.
