I don't have a database or a website.
I have to do everything from scratch.
I want to create a web page in which to insert only two fields:
1. 15-digit alphanumeric code, all uppercase (even if entered in lowercase)
2. an email
at the end of the insertion you need a key with the written ok (as per the attached image [login to view URL])
these two data are stored on a database
once a day I want an application (even a very simple one) that allows me to send the attachments saved with the name of the field (1) to the email in the database.
