Website Fixes - 1) Double URLs 2) Mobile Friendly 3) Implement Landing Pages 4) Website Speed 5) Custom 404 page

Hi All - I have 3 main requirements I need you to complete on this website: [login to view URL] You must be an expert in doing ALL of these things. Do NOT bid if you cannot perform all of these requirements. Note: We use Inmotion hosting - cpanel - Joomla (SQL DBs) Requirement 1 - Double URLS At my website: [login to view URL], you will notice that some URLs are located under a drop down menu and some are located on the left side when the parent page is opened. The URLs (page addresses) are different but with the same content. For example, here are 2 different URLs under About Us, which are the same pages: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Both of the above pages should have the same URL: [login to view URL] and likewise, everywhere where there is a drop down menu. In order to change the pages so that they do not double up, you will need to: (i) ensure that all double pages have the same URLs; and (ii) perform a 301 redirection for the deleted URLs. An example of a 301 redirection is here: [login to view URL] - 301 redirect to - [login to view URL] Furthermore the website should not create duplicate URLs whenever a new article is added or the cache is cleared. Requirement 2 - Mobile Friendly: Our website already has responsive design implemented on the website however for some reason Google is not reading it as mobile friendly. You need to fix the issues and make it mobile friendly according to this: [login to view URL] and this for all pages: [login to view URL]://www.australianimmigrationagency.com&pli=1 Requirement 3 - Landing pages installed I have had someone create 4 landing pages for me. I just need you to implement them in the website. You do NOT need to create any landing pages, only implement the 4 that are pre-created. Requirement 4 - Speed up the website load time to Google ranking of 90/100 for mobile and desktop. Currently 49/100 Mobile and 63/100 Desktop according to Google: [login to view URL] Requirement 5 - Customise the 404 error page I believe I already have a custom page but it's not directing to it and not recognised as a custom 404 error page. Need to fix this. IMPORTANT - In completing all of the above, the website MUST look and function the same way and must be Google SEO friendly (no blackhat or unethical or hacking). You MUST always take backups so you can revert and should use proper change management methodology to test before you implement in live production. I do NOT want any downtime of my site (which I monitor). Most of these items are relatively quick to implement/fix and I would like it all done by end of April however requirement 1 and 2 MUST be completed before April 12. You must confirm that you can and will do all of the above and will meet my timeframes and expectations.
