Website for Asking Favor

I would like to find a programmer who can create a website where people can exchange favors. Users will register, post and exchange favors, and rate the performance of each completed favor. The site will be set up similar to favorville(dotcom) with a few minor (but important) variations. These modifications will only be discussed through a private message. I have already created the images needed for the design, but you will have to code it with CSS. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. Thanks in advance for your bids.
