Website template in MODx

I need a website template, written in MODx, please don't respond unless you are competent in MODx. The template is for websites and will include: - normal static data information pages - jQuery image gallery (show thumbnails, enlarge, scroll through) - jQuery sliding image for banner - a catalogue facility that can be used for different websites (top level, 2nd level, 3rd level, expanded view of item), for example: Top ;evel - Province @nd level - area 3rd level - houses - title, signature pic and summary text) Click on 3rd level image/title, display static data page with images and text (free format). Second example: Top level - Product groups 2nd level - Products (title, signature pic and summary text) Click on 2nd level title/image, display static page Third example Top level - Area Second level - Job category Third level - Job description (title, summary text) Click on 3rd level title, display static page If you haven't understood the above, please don't bid. If you have, then you'll see that I need a 'generic' website template that I can add the content myself. I repeat, must be MODx. Catalogue must have breadcrumbs. A full spec can be supplied. Good communication in English essential.
