Need to create an application that will use whatsapp APIs. The application will check using Whatsapp APIs if a particular contact has started typing a msg. If he has started typing, then the app shud start creating a notification sound until the user checks the app. This is required for a client who is receiving tips from a vendor on whatsapp. The vendor sends the same tip to 100 other users. And its important for the client to act immediately on the tips. So its important for him to know when the tipster has started typing the msg on whatsapp so that the client can unlock his phone and keep a watch out for the vendor's msgs so that he can act on the msg quickly as soon as he receives. Whoever bids 3000 INR or less will be hired immediately.
