We are looking for someone to design a WHMCS module or suggest & build more into the module
The module would be basically able to upload CDR logs from where the customer could see their calls, when cdr is uploaded a calculated invoice is generated.
Once the ticket has been created we would be able to go ahead and manually place the order as there would be not integrations required.
The telephone & broadband service would allow the customer to add features to their account in the form of an addon however this would need to be called Apply Addon.
Three Way Call
Once they have chosen an addon then they would need to re-accept the terms and conditions.
At a later stage if the customer chooses to transfer their service to another provider when they click on the Cancellation button they would need to provide 30 days notice to transfer
If the customer wishes to terminate their service it would provide 2 options.
1. Terminate with immediate effect + 30 days notice
2. Wait for the 30 days notice ends and then terminate.
