I am looking for a developer who can help me create a custom plugin or add-on to change the pricing structure of my products or services based on factors such as duration. I am using the "Woocommerce bookings and appointments" plugin by [login to view URL], but I am open to suggestions for additional features or modifications. My ideal candidate should have experience with custom plugin development and be familiar with using hooks.
General background of my website
The website rent rooms based on hourly rental.
Base cost of room: 300 (6 blocks of 30 minutes).
Minimum price for 3 hours it's 300 (6 blocks of 30 minutes)
The customer can order less then 3 hours but the price will be at least for 3 hours.
Block cost: 50 (30 minutes per block).

The plugin support Cost Rules and I control prices for all hours.
But I can't find solution for specific scenario.
My goal is to add rule that change the price to 50% if new order time set by customer between 10PM to 10AM.
To get this discount, the minimum order hours must be at least 6 hours.
So if customer order 4 hours from 11PM to 3AM the price will be regular without discount: 400
If customer order 7 hours from 11PM to 6AM the price will be 600 instead 700
For example: the final price should be ....
10pm to 1am: 300$
10pm to 2am: 400$
10pm to 3am: 500$
10pm to 4am: 600$
10pm to 5am: 600$
10pm to 6am: 600$
10pm to 7am: 600$
10pm to 8am: 600$
10pm to 9am: 600$
10pm to 10am: 600$

Minimum Order Hours: This parameter represents the minimum number of hours required for the discount to be applied.
By using these parameters, you can calculate the final price based on the customer's booking duration and the time restrictions.
The custom plugin will need to implement the necessary logic to determine the appropriate price based on these parameters.
The default price of the order should be replace with new calculated value in the WooCommerce process as cart, checkout, payment, mail notifications, order, and so on ...

If you will create plugin for this it will be better then HOOKS. Because I will be able to change the price rules more friendly.
