I work with water utilities. I want to create a website that allows any paying customer to come and sign up for their water bill from their utility to be pulled directly from a bank account, debit card or credit card. I have a payment processor that I want to connect and use to process these cards called "cardpointe".
Customers should be able to view bill history, and manage payment methods.
