Wordpress Plugin - Simple Jobboard for internal use [Read all - keyword inside]

Hello,
i need for my website an simple administration from jobs. I want a cusom type of joboffers like this one:
[login to view URL]
Some custom taxonmy meta post fields to it:
[login to view URL] (details follow)
The layout of the page should be in the settings. I dont know if we could use an page_tempalte (not theme!) or other solution because we need to insert the [login to view URL] meta fields
Overview from all jobs with filter/search function and link to the job detail page
Here we need an modal with a form that insert the application into a other custom post type and sent it also per e-Mail
If you read all of this and could do this plugin realy fasten, pleae write me: "Hi Dennis, Yes i could do the custom post plugin!" because here are a lot of bot that not read.
Let me repeat all:
1. Custom Post tpe
2. Overview page from all Jobs with filter/search
3. Detail Jobpage with a template
4. Apply with form (Modal) - save in custom posttype and sent by mail
