Wordpress redesign header/modify existing theme

Note: We would prefer someone who is familiar with the [login to view URL] Couponpress theme as well. couponpress script ([login to view URL]) We have purchased a Wordpress template called Couponpress, from PremiumPress.com. We need a talented web designer and wordpress expert to format this template to our needs. My website is already a couponpress site so should not be too hard to achieve this. The job consists of the header, banner, nav-bar, and homepage. It should stay the same / similar with other inner pages. Service Provider should be sure all pages/widgets are working/alignment properly after the job is done. I will give you further progress instructions when needed. I am very familiar with wordpress, but I don't time to do it. Hopefully someone with strong background in CSS stylesheet and php. - Header See example attached. Home page and all pages with top-nav-menu bar giving special attributes such as LINKS, ACTIVE, HOVER the same for drop down sub-menu. Creating a nice background header related to coupons site. Menu follows: Stores, coupons, submit coupons, login/sign up. Add some example of sub-menu to prove it working properly. I will provide web's info. Provider must meet deadline. -Homepage Setup the body of the homepage with the LATEST COUPONS below the the Search box. Add some examples of coupons. And add some example some right widgets.
