Wordpress Site with Database (Amazon Dynamodb) Integration

I am building a wordpress paid membership site. The site will allow members to access a database of tens of thousands of Leads for specific industries. I need the Database created and integrated with my site. After members login: The login page will have a header with four general search categories. They will click on one of the General Categories and then have to click on a clickable search by state Map, they will then have the option to search by County, City or Zip. See attachments for a rough idea of what it is I am looking for. Each General Category will be able to be refined by about 5 sub-categories. As an Example: General Category: Real Estate Investors Sub categories: Net worth Ranges- 500,000 - $750,000 - $1,000,000, $1,000,000 - $2,000,000 Income Ranges - $100,000 - $200,000, $200,000 - $300,000, $300,000 - $400,000 Age Ranges - 20-30, 30-40, 40-50 etc. Education Levels - High School Graduate, college Graduate, Post-Graduate degree Properties currently owned-1,2,3,4 Each General category will have different sub categories. The search will need to be integrated with Google Maps Leads need the following: Printed Merge with letterhead/envelopes/labels Exported to Excel Individually clicked Click all feature Delete all feature Filtered for new names Above, I mentioned Amazon DynamoDB, but I am open to other Database solutions. Most Importantly, This datbase will be updated daily and as a non-technical site operator, I need to be able to easily understand and work with database functionality - primarily beaing able to upload and edit data. Please provide an overview of approach, database software, implementation, time frame, samples of similar projects etc...
