A brief outlook for the website I propose to build: 1) The simple, elegant and user-friendly booking engine will enable users to effortlessly book studios. 2) Each studio will have the following- an integrated scheduling system (calendar) that users are able to interact with smoothly to find available slots, an interactive map that displays that studios location, information on sound services available (such as the type of drums and PA) and a rate calculator based on the pricing system you specified. 3) To book a studio, users will first need to sign up. They will fill their name, their email (which will be verified) and phone number. Then they will select a specific studio and an available date & time of booking. Finally, they’ll be directed to a payment gateway. 4) Users will automatically receive an email or phone confirmation + booking details upon booking from your website and receive a thank you email or text post departure. 5) A live chat inbox will be added to provide great customer service. The live chat inbox will allow users to clarify any queries quickly. 6) Admin will be able to update/edit/add price of booking studios.
