Working with Userpro and Memberpress

I am currently working on a user portal that utilizes features from both of these plugins. Currently there are a few things I need to have work that I do not have the time to get to. 1. There is a messages tab, I need that to be where if there are no messages, a composes or start new message tab appears with a searchable member directory. 2. When there are existing chats with other users on this page, I need that same start chat button to appear.
