I have a membership website running on wordpress and woocommerce. I have been getting a lot of declined cards lately from existing members in good standing and with good cards.
On the back end in stripe it shows no customer address, zip, etc, only email. Even though on checkout on our website, customers have to fill out the woocommerce order form with all their info, it seems that stripe isn't pulling that info.
I'm wondering if that's why cards are getting declined.
Is there a way to make sure that stripe pulls all that info from woocommerce?
Is there a way to build a custom checkout form for stripe that pulls that info from woo?
