Hi, We require assistance fixing indexing issue on our prestashop store v 1.6.1.1 where about half of our products remain unindexed even after attempting to fully rebuild index of all products. our catalog has about 96,971 products (about 150,000 total products with combinations included). see screenshot attached showing indexing completing but count still stuck at 65323/96907 whenever we try to 'Add missing products to the index'. it was fine before but we used a module where support staff for it tried to fix their own indexing for a feature on their modules that was automatically included with an update... but they claim to not cause it! fix details must be provided in case occurs again. please show previous experience with prestashop.
