I have a webscraper which scrapes mainly Chinese websites daily
The scraped data is uploaded to Firebase and is in json format
I need to feed data to a RSS-reader like Feedly
Problem : RSS-readers don't understand json But accept XML format
Here are TWO methods for solving this problem proposed by someone on Stackoverflow:
Write front-end code to display data you have in Firebase
Write back-end code to convert json to XML and give server url to RSS-reader
Background: Someone already did this job for me, but didn't give me access to the Heroku account where the app which does the job is hosted.
Recently, my Firebase account has been suspended because I was downloading too much data from the account.
I think this is because the Heroku app was checking the Firebase account for new json data too frequently, but I'm not sure.
Because I can't access the Heorku account, I can't verify this. So I need to start all over again.
- I need the app converting the json to rss to run automatically
- I need individual rss feeds for each api (I have almost 100).
- The software needs to be able to automatically pick up new apis which I create
I will provide you with access to my Firebase account where all the JSON data is stored. Because I'm not a programmer and have little experience programming this brief may lack important details -- feel free to ask for clarification.
Attached is a screenshot of my Firebase dashboard and JSON data.
For someone with experience this should be pretty straight forward. Web scraping experience preferred.
