Write a spyder that can crawl some used stuff websites subito.it

Good morning everybody. I'm in need of an application, better php (to be cross platform) or C that can let me: Crawl a used stuff website based on a search with drop downs for the website itself.. (Italian website, you will be provided with all the details) Automatically add all data to a local mysql db to avoid dupes. The database basic structure i will provide. Automatically send quote/offerts for the used objects. (we need a table with various texts and software must automatically random between all of them) and not incurring in any spam during it so it must send slow or have a throttle every send. The project will be disclosed only to the coder. In case of buy let me add the seller ID, name, address, full data and phone to the db (simple data in mask) In case of buy for us send an automated PDF with preoccupied text (contract) and filled already with the seller details. This simple app need come because 2 of or collars pass away into a car crash and we are in need of make this work more automated of we will have to close the business. I will need a regular maintenance of it and fast fix in case the website change. I'm gonna have also the need to add more features to it so it will be a never ending story so if you bid keep in mind that i need serious people working on it. We all have Apple so baed on my past experience i was thinking to do it on PHP + Mysql.
