XMPP, Jingle and WebRTC install

We are developing a web Message/chat system using XMPP, Jingle and WebRTC, we need a developer to work with our team on this project. Also we are planning to use XMPP, Jingle and WebRTC to handle voice call and video chat with it is peer to peer capability. Please list you previous experience with message/chat system and XMPP, Jingle and WebRTC expert on a scale of 10.. PROJECT SCOPE Milestone One: Initially setup a test demo on AWS instant to do all functions below. Expected tasks to be accomplish for both demo and production implementations are: -Chat for any selected user from a user list using XMPP. -Peer to peer voice call for any user from a user list with answering capability and establishing a conversation. 1- Provider need install any open source of anything to SSL on AWS instant to allow for https because WebRTC need ssl to work. 2- Provider will install Mongodb, IP, GIT, YII, load chat folder on the demo AWS instant, no need for Node.js or [login to view URL] 3- Provider will install and configure XMPP openfire server. 3- Provider will configure Mongodb to work with XMPP 4- Provider will setup/configure/integration XMPP Client library Setup: HTML and JAVASCRIPT. 5- Provider will integration our js /html design with XMPP and WebRTC setup. 6- Provider will setup/configure/integration of WebRTC for peer to peer voice call and Jingle for signaling to be able call any of the user in list. Client will provide: .perm key to a test AWS instant, chat folder with existing message html and JS that were used for client Node.js and [login to view URL] message system, partial Mongodb database needed to complete the demo. Milestone Two: Move demo setup to production implementation to work fully with our existing system using already design HTML with same requirement in milestone one. Note: Provider developer need to guide one of the Client developer team to install and configure software for the project over Teamview for production implementation.
