Yellow Pages for VBulletin forum

I have a vbulletin site [login to view URL] running vbulletin 3.7.2. It focuses on several local communities in New Jersey. I want to add a fully functional Yellow Pages (the US term for a business phone number directory) to that site. I aleady have YP data that includes name, address, contact, and in some cases website. I would like to use the Google Map API to add location info, and also give people a place to comment on the business, and also allow businesses to pay to have more details listed.
