zencart changes for -VladKuznetsov

We need a simple message that exist in the product descriptions of products in zencart moved from the bottom to the top of the description area. It is a message saying when the product will be available, we need it to say "when product will be available for shipping" and would like it to be at top and bottom of the item description. We would also like to have a final page or item added that a customer must check( ck box or bullet) that they acknowledge the shipping date and agree to it. This could be on final sale page.
