Adjust code of the standard MACD indicator at “Tradingview”

“Tradingview” generates a histogram (example in attached screenshots).
Need to add the following functions to the code, depending on the changes of the histogram.
• If histogram is below zero, send webhook A (Short)
• If histogram is above zero, send webhook B (Buy)
• If histogram is above zero define and track maximum value for consecutive series of positive histogram bars
• If histogram by 50% lower than maximum value for consecutive series of positive histogram bars send webhook C (Sell)
• Forget previous maximum value if histogram is below zero
For a better understanding, check attached screenshot of the chart with the highlighted moments when webhooks must be sent. Important, webhook must be sent only after histogram bar close.
