To develop drawings and specifications for a brewery designed to bottle and/or keg a minimum of 10,000 bottles per day. This can be 1 flavor or multiple flavors of beer. Research the process of brewing beer, equipment and piping possibilities, size and building requirements, etc. for a functioning brewery. Specifics on recipes, specific ingredients are not required, however understanding of the steps required to brew beer is.
