Move-In Home Refresh Services

I’m getting the property ready for new occupants and need help across three areas—cleaning, plumbing, and a fresh coat of paint—throughout the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Cleaning The space is currently empty, so I require a true move-in/move-out clean: appliances pulled out, cupboards wiped inside and out, light fixtures dusted, baseboards scrubbed, and floors mopped or vacuumed to the corners. Please bring your own supplies; eco-friendly products are welcome but not mandatory. Plumbing In the same visit I need pipe installation work completed (no leaks to fix, just new pipes set and tested). You’ll be tying into existing supply and waste lines, so you’ll need the right tools for cutting, soldering or crimp-ring connections, plus the ability to shut off and reopen the main without issue. Painting Walls and trim in all three rooms need two coats of low-VOC interior paint. I will supply the paint; you supply brushes, rollers, drop cloths, and any patching compound for minor nail holes or scuffs. Surfaces must be lightly sanded, wiped, primed where necessary, and left with clean edges.
