I am starting a multi-stage automation project and the very first milestone is to take the daily flood of Outlook messages off my plate. Here’s what I need right now: every new email that lands in my main Outlook inbox must be read automatically, identified as either a “request for quote” or “other enquiry”, stored neatly in an Excel file, and answered with a short receipt confirmation. In practical terms this means: • Outlook is the mailbox you will connect to. • The sorting logic must recognise “requests for quotes” as the top priority; everything else falls into a second bucket labelled “other enquiries”. • Each recognised enquiry adds (at minimum) Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, and Date into separate Excel columns so that the sheet can be filtered and reported on later. • An automatic reply is then sent from the same account confirming we have received the message and will review it shortly. I am open to the method you choose—Power Automate, VBA, a lightweight Python or Node script hooked to the Microsoft Graph API—so long as it runs reliably in the cloud and can be handed over with clear setup instructions. Deliverable: a working automation with documentation that lets me switch it on, test it, and verify that new messages are being categorised, logged to Excel, and acknowledged without manual effort. Once this foundation is solid, I’ll move on to the later stages of the project, so building it cleanly and with future tweaks in mind will put us both in a good spot for ongoing work.

Hi, I am Adeel. I built Boostifai, an automation SaaS that connects to client systems, classifies incoming data, and writes structured results into a database in real time. The classify, log, and acknowledge pattern you are describing is the same shape of problem. For this I would use the Microsoft Graph API to read new mail, a simple classifier for request for quote versus other enquiry, then write the fields straight into your Excel file and send the receipt reply from the same mailbox. Running it as an Azure function keeps it reliable in the cloud rather than tied to a desktop. Since you mention more stages coming, I would document the setup clearly so the next phase can build on it without rework. Is the Excel file staying local or does it live on OneDrive or SharePoint?

Hi there, I understand this project requires an Outlook automation that reads every new inbox message, prioritises and identifies “request for quote” enquiries versus “other enquiries”, logs the required details into Excel, and automatically sends a receipt confirmation from the same account. I’m confident I can build this as a reliable cloud-based foundation that can also support the later automation stages. My approach is to build the workflow around Power Automate and Microsoft 365 so it can run continuously without a local PC. I’ll trigger the flow on new Outlook emails, analyse the subject/body and available sender information to identify quote requests as the priority category, then extract Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, Date, and classification into structured Excel columns. I’ll add the appropriate record to the workbook and send an automatic acknowledgement from the connected Outlook account confirming receipt and review. I’ll also include validation, duplicate/error handling, and a structure that allows the classification rules and later workflow stages to be extended without rebuilding the foundation. Should the initial quote-request classification be based primarily on keywords in the subject/body, or do you already have example emails that define what should qualify as a quote request? I’m ready to start immediately. Warm Regards, Aneesa.

Hello, I’ve reviewed your project and can integrate a secure payment solution into your eCommerce site with the Vrio CRM. I can connect an existing processor such as Stripe/Adyen or build a lightweight custom integration, depending on which option is fastest and most cost-effective. I’ll support card payments, bank transfers, recurring billing, and multi-currency payments. I’ll also handle the API integration, webhooks, subscription synchronization, exchange-rate handling, and PCI-aware implementation, with a proper test environment before production. I can provide clear documentation and a handover so your team can manage basic maintenance and troubleshooting afterward. I’m ready to review your Vrio setup and recommend the best payment gateway approach, then move quickly from sandbox testing to production.

Hi, I’m a Senior Automation Engineer with 20+ years in Microsoft 365 workflow automation. I have gone through your specific requirement for Outlook email automation I built something like this for business operations, with 20+ years of engineering. I would use Power Automate over VBA because cloud execution keeps Outlook processing active without a user's desktop running. I will build a Power Automate flow that reads each new Outlook message and classifies RFQs before other enquiries. I will write the required fields into Excel through Microsoft 365 connectors, while keeping the same email account for receipt replies. And I will add failure handling and a simple test path, at least that is where I would start. Relevant Microsoft 365 automation samples can be sent. Is the Excel file already stored in OneDrive or SharePoint? Should the RFQ category be based on specific words or the full email content? Do you already have the receipt wording you want customers to receive? Free for a quick call this week? Or just answer those three and I’ll map out the first version tonight. Dev Singh

Hi, The core challenge here is reliably ingesting and categorizing Outlook emails at scale, then logging structured data and sending automated replies without manual intervention. I usually structure such automation by separating the ingestion layer from the classification and response logic to ensure maintainability and ease of future extension. My experience with custom feature development involving API integrations and automation pipelines aligns well with building a robust connector to Outlook via Microsoft Graph API or equivalent. I approach systems by designing clear data extraction and storage flows, ensuring the Excel output is well-structured for reporting and that the reply mechanism is reliable and idempotent. I would also validate error handling and logging to maintain visibility into message processing, supporting ongoing tweaks as your project evolves. Thanks, Hercules

I’d build this as a cloud-based Power Automate flow triggered by new messages in the main Outlook inbox, with “request for quote” checked first and every remaining message routed to “other enquiry.” Each email will be written to an Excel table with Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, Date, and category columns, followed by a short receipt reply sent from the same Outlook account. I’ll configure the flow, handle missing sender details safely, prevent duplicate processing, and provide clear switch-on, test, and verification instructions. I previously packaged a Windows bulk mailer over Microsoft 365 with bounce reading, so I’m comfortable with reliable mailbox automation and account-side email behaviour. Delivery will be a working automation plus handover documentation in 2 days. Should the Excel file be stored in OneDrive or SharePoint? Muhammad Saad

Hello, I'm Denis, a full-stack developer experienced in building email automation systems with Outlook. I understand you need a reliable system that removes manual email triage, logs data to Excel, and sends automatic acknowledgments. I'd use the Microsoft Graph API with a Node.js backend on a lightweight cloud service. This approach gives direct access to your Outlook mailbox without managing servers or keeping local machines running. The workflow: - Authenticate your account via Graph API - Build straightforward rule-based classification logic to separate quote requests from general enquiries (easily adjustable keywords) - Log categorized emails to Excel automatically - Send genuine auto-reply confirmations immediately - Deploy to Azure or Heroku - Test with real incoming mail The system will include a simple dashboard for monitoring and basic logging so you can see what's being categorized and why. I'll build it to be easily tweaked without touching code, so you can update keywords and rules as patterns evolve. I'll handle technical considerations like API rate limits and latency with retry logic and queue management. If requirements shift during implementation—extracting phone numbers differently or adding categories—we'll adjust smoothly. You'll receive clear setup instructions and documentation designed for future expansions, making next stages straightforward. I'm ready to start immediately. Let's discuss the details. Thanks, Denis.

Hello There! I’m Md Toriqul Islam, and I’m excited to partner with you. I have rich experience in Python, Node.js, Microsoft Graph API, Excel automation, Outlook integrations, and workflow automation. I understand you need a reliable cloud-based Outlook automation that classifies incoming emails into “request for quote” or “other enquiry,” extracts Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, and Date into Excel, then sends an automatic acknowledgement from the same account. I can build it cleanly for future automation stages. I am skilled in Python, Node.js, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Excel, APIs, webhooks, and automation. I have some questions: 1. Is your Outlook account Microsoft 365? 2. Do you already have an Excel file/template? 3. Should classification use keywords or AI-based detection? I’m ready to start immediately. Your Excel file will become a bottleneck the moment you receive more than 50 concurrent enquiries or need to filter by date range - flat files lock during writes and cannot scale past basic logging. Moving to a lightweight database like SQLite or a cloud table will future-proof your reporting without adding complexity. Quick questions - are you processing enquiries across multiple Outlook accounts or shared mailboxes? And do you need the classification logic to learn from corrections over time, or will a keyword ruleset cover 95% of cases? Here is the architectural approach: - MICROSOFT GRAPH API: Build a serverless Azure Function that polls your inbox every 60 seconds, extracts sender metadata, and classifies messages using regex patterns matched against your historical quote keywords. - EXCEL AUTOMATION: Write parsed enquiry data to a shared OneDrive workbook via the Excel API so multiple users can filter without file-lock conflicts during peak hours. - POWER AUTOMATE FALLBACK: Configure a cloud flow that triggers the auto-reply instantly and logs failures to a separate audit sheet if the Graph API call times out. I've built similar intake pipelines for 2 logistics companies that now process 400+ daily enquiries without manual triage. Let's schedule a 20-minute call to map your classification rules before I write the first line of code.

Hi, I am an automation developer with 8 years of rich experience in software development, with a background in email automation, Microsoft integrations, data processing, Excel workflows, and API based systems. I am familiar with Python, Node.js, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Automation, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API. For this workflow, I can connect Outlook through Microsoft Graph or Power Automate, classify incoming messages into quote requests and other enquiries, extract Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, and Date into structured Excel columns, and automatically send a receipt from the same account. I can keep the workflow cloud based and modular so the classification rules or later automation stages can be extended without rebuilding the foundation. I'm an individual freelancer and can work on any time zone you want. Please contact me with the best time for you to have a quick chat. Looking forward to discussing more details. Thanks. Emile.

Hi, I can build this as a reliable Microsoft 365 cloud automation using Power Automate, Outlook, and an Excel table stored in SharePoint or OneDrive. Every new message will be classified as “Request for Quote” or “Other Enquiry,” its contact details extracted into separate columns, and a tailored receipt confirmation sent automatically. The workflow will include priority rules, duplicate prevention, processing-status tracking, error logging, and safeguards against auto-reply loops. Classification can initially use transparent keyword and sender rules, with an optional AI layer for ambiguous messages. I’ll structure the Excel table and flow so additional categories, fields, approvals, CRM integration, and reporting can be added later. Delivery will include the tested flow, sample records, editable templates, and clear setup and maintenance documentation. Three technical questions: 1. Is this a personal mailbox or a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox? 2. Should attachments and the original email link also be recorded? 3. May cloud AI process ambiguous emails, or must classification remain entirely within Microsoft 365? Best regards, Houssame

Hi there, I went through your project description and understand you need a cloud-based Outlook automation that will classify incoming emails as request for quote or other enquiry, log the required details into Excel, and automatically send a receipt confirmation. I will build the workflow using Power Automate and Microsoft 365, with Outlook as the trigger and Excel as the structured data store. I will configure reliable classification logic that prioritises quote requests, extract Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, and Date into separate columns, and send an automatic acknowledgement from the same Outlook account. I will include validation, duplicate handling, error paths, and logging so individual message or extraction failures do not stop the workflow. I will also test the automation with representative emails and provide clear setup, testing, and handover documentation so future stages can extend the foundation cleanly. Could you confirm whether quote requests are identified mainly by subject lines, email content, or a combination of both? I will share a project blueprint within 24–48 hours of award and begin with the email-to-Excel workflow design. Kind Regards, Imran Ali

Hi! This is a clean first milestone to build, and it's the kind of automation we do a lot of — happy to take it on. Before locking down the approach, I need to understand how the "request for quote" enquiries get told apart from everything else: is there a reliable pattern to key off — specific keywords in the subject line, a dedicated form or address they come through, or does it come down to reading intent in the body text? A keyword or sender-based rule is fast to build and very predictable to maintain; if it truly needs to infer intent from free text, that's a different piece of logic entirely and worth scoping separately so it doesn't quietly balloon the first milestone. On the build: since you're open on method, I'd lean toward a Python script against the Microsoft Graph API rather than Power Automate or VBA — it runs reliably unattended in the cloud, is easier to extend as your later stages come in, and keeps you out of desktop-dependent tooling. It reads the inbox, classifies each message, writes the fields into Excel, and fires the acknowledgement reply from the same account. Logging and clear setup docs are part of the handover as standard, so switching it on and verifying it is straightforward on your end. Happy to go over the classification detail further before we settle the scope. Gustavo & the DoTheCode team

Hello Sir, I understand you need an automated system to instantly read your incoming Outlook emails and sort them into "quote requests" or "other enquiries". Since you want a reliable cloud-based setup, I will build this using Microsoft Power Automate, as it natively connects Outlook to Excel Online to securely extract and log the customer details you need. The automation will then trigger the automatic confirmation replies to the senders, and I will hand over a clean, working setup with simple documentation so it is perfectly ready for your future project stages

Hi there, I understand the challenge of managing a high volume of incoming emails in Outlook. To help you with this, I propose an automated solution that will process and categorize your emails efficiently. Here’s how we can approach it: 1. Use Power Automate to set up workflows that trigger on new incoming emails. 2. Implement C# or Python scripts to handle more complex email processing tasks, such as extracting key information and categorizing them. 3. Integrate with Excel for data storage and reporting, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible. 4. Set up notifications and alerts to keep you informed about important emails without needing to sift through them manually. This solution will streamline your email management, freeing up your time for more critical tasks. Best Regards, Khorshed Alam, RS Software

Hi, You’re not just trying to move emails into a spreadsheet , you’re trying to stop the daily inbox flood from becoming unpaid admin. That’s exactly the kind of workflow I can help structure cleanly. I’ve built automation around email handling, Excel logging, and API-driven workflows using Python, VBA, and Microsoft Graph-style integrations, so I can set up a reliable flow to detect quote requests, separate other enquiries, store the key fields in Excel, and send the acknowledgment automatically. I’ll keep it cloud-friendly and easy to maintain, with clear setup notes so you can test and hand it over confidently. I’ve shared an initial estimate based on your description, and once we go over a few technical or functional details, I’ll confirm the exact cost and delivery schedule. If you’d like, I can map the quickest path using Power Automate or a lightweight script depending on your Outlook setup, then add the logging and reply logic in a way that’s easy to extend for later stages. Would you prefer this to run through Power Automate, or would a Python/Graph API solution be better for your Outlook environment? Looking forward to your reply so we can finalize the exact plan. Sincerely, Asad

Hi, I’m Davide, a software developer with strong experience in Python, Node.js, APIs, Microsoft automation, Excel, and backend systems. I understand this is the first stage of a larger automation project, so the solution needs to be reliable, clean, cloud-based, and easy to extend later. I can build an automated Outlook workflow that monitors new inbox messages, prioritises and identifies “Request for Quote” emails versus “Other Enquiries,” extracts Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, and Date into dedicated Excel columns, and automatically sends a short receipt confirmation from the same Outlook account. I can implement this using Power Automate or Microsoft Graph with Python/Node.js, depending on which approach best fits your Microsoft environment. I’ll make sure duplicate processing is avoided, errors are handled properly, and the workflow can run continuously without manual intervention. I’ll also provide clear setup/documentation and walk you through testing so you can verify the complete flow yourself. Since this is the foundation for later stages, I’ll structure it with future modifications and additional automation in mind. Could you confirm whether you’re using Microsoft 365/Exchange Online and whether the Excel file will be stored in OneDrive or SharePoint? Best regards, Davide
