We are working on a requirement as per the below:
1) Use Power Automate Salesforce Connector to upload the data in Salesforce
2) Data upload frequency should be set at a user level.
3) Data is uploaded via CSV (from SFTP server). Each month a new CSV
4) Once imported, it should perform checks on the following basis
a) check if all the policy numbers mentioned in the csv exists. If yes, then give a message all policies are matched - you can upload the data.
b) if not then give a message that, there are ## policies unmatched. Please review the data.
c) On the review data - clearly mention the rows where policies are not matched.
d) once user confirm then then upload the data (to the relevant fields)
e) update the column with record ids (that were created / updated) in the same excel.
If we can use combination of power automate with power apps to create an interface and better experience that is even better.
