Hi, The sequential Level 1/2/3 routing keyed off Country + Region (no hard-coded approvers, just a Region Approver map) is a clean Power Automate setup, and the Canvas App side stays light if it's really one submission screen plus a status view. Quick honest note before you shortlist me: my day-to-day is React Native and Flutter mobile work, not the Power Platform. I can absolutely stand up the Canvas App, the sequential approval flow with timestamps per level, and the region lookup table, but if you've got bidders who live inside Power Apps and Dataverse daily, they'll probably move faster on the region-mapping edge cases than I will.
