i’ve done very similar recently, converting paper workflows into Power Apps + Power Automate systems with SharePoint/Dataverse. Do you expect high concurrency or mostly small team usage? Do you already have a defined schema or need help designing the data model? I suggest using Dataverse if scaling and relationships matter because it avoids SharePoint limits. I also suggest adding structured logging + retry scopes in flows because it makes failures traceable and stable. I will first map your process and design the data model and roles.
