I need a quick Power Automate flow that takes specific information arriving in Outlook and drops it into a separate Excel workbook, matching the first line of the body of the email with the name on the spreadsheet, and inputting a YES on a third column if the names match. The sole purpose is to remove manual data entry, so the flow only has to watch a dedicated folder, parse the required fields from each message, and append them to the target spreadsheet stored in OneDrive or SharePoint. The logic should be straightforward: • Trigger: email already stored in the outlook Outlook folder • Action: extract the client name • Destination: enter a "yes" in a new column if the extracted name matches the name present on the spreadsheet The complexity lays in the way the first line of the email is formatted, so we need to trim extra spaces and commas to extract the name as well as ignore the middle initial, if any.
