Flexible Azure PowerBI Graphing of IoT Sensor Variables over time, UI design, report generation

I have 6 sensors in a construction site. Each of sensors report 1. A raw sensor output, 2. a PSI output, 3. a height (mm) output, 4. a temperature output, 5. a barometric output, 6. a humidity output. The sensors report their variables every 5minutes. I need a UI through powerBI (or another portal) where I can view the history of each sensor variable over time as a graph. The length of time should be settable with a date select input. It would be good to have tick boxes to turn on/off each sensor in the graph. It would be good to be able to overlay a 2nd variable on a secondary axis (as you can do in excel). For example I might graph all 6 sensors for mm height reading, then overlay temperature from one or more of them. The temp is going to be in 1/1000 of degrees celcius ( i.e. 24'C is 24000 ) and the height is mm, between 0..30000. I would also like to be able to download a csv or xls sheet of all variables for each sensor, arranged in columns next to their timestamps. ie. <timestamp_var1>,<value_var1>,<timestamp_var2>,<value_var2>, etc with Var1 always same column over time. I need someone to setup the backend in Azure, to make it all work. I can share screen shots of what we have today which is harvesting and storing the sensor data effectively, it's just not meeitng the UI needs. Thanks for your time!
