Power BI & Dynamics AI Analytics

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Freelance Data Analyst / BI Consultant with strong expertise in Power BI and Power Automate, and preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end data warehousing solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, modelling, reporting, and exposure to AI/advanced analytics layers. Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate Integrate and extract data from Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred) and other enterprise systems Design and implement end-to-end data warehousing pipelines, including: Data ingestion (ETL/ELT) Data transformation and cleansing Data modelling (star/snowflake schemas) Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Enable and support advanced analytics or AI use cases (forecasting, predictive insights, etc.) Document processes, data models, and workflows Required Skills Strong experience with: Power BI (Data modelling, DAX, visualization) Power Automate (workflow automation, system integrations) Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts Experience with SQL and data transformation tools Ability to handle end-to-end data projects independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Exposure to: Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) AI/ML integration or advanced analytics layer Familiarity with APIs and system integrations Experience in manufacturing / supply chain domain (optional but beneficial) Engagement Details Type: Freelance / Contract Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid (as required) Duration: Project-based (extendable based on performance) Start: Immediate / As soon as available Deliverables Fully functional BI dashboards and reports Automated workflows and data pipelines Scalable data warehouse architecture Documentation and knowledge transfer Ideal Candidate A self-driven freelancer who can own the entire data lifecycle, from raw data to actionable insights, and contribute to building a future-ready analytics ecosystem with AI capabilities.
