Power Bi Reporting Creation

I need a skilled freelancer to create and modernize several client reports across various platforms. Datasource: ConnectWise, N-able, Smileback and Veeam (Data injection and foundation already setup) Scope of Work: - Veeam Reporting - Internal consolidated backup status report. - Monthly customer-facing backup summary report. - Patch Management (via N-Able) - Monthly reporting on server patch compliance (internal and customer-facing). - Customer Service Desk (ConnectWise) - Modernization and enhancements of existing reports. - Updated visuals, improved statistics, and additional charts/tables. - Infrastructure Reporting (N-Able) - Summary reports on server status and customer environments. - Dashboards (ConnectWise & N-Able) - Live dashboards for service desk metrics (tickets, breaches, customer waits). - Client-level dashboards (servers, OS, warranty, utilization trends). - Contract Agreement (Displaying purchased amount and how much used, etc). Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in ConnectWise, N-able, Veeam, and Smileback. - Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills. - Ability to modernize existing reports with updated visuals and improved statistics. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and clarity. - Experience in IT service management reporting is a plus.
