We are seeking a SharePoint & Power BI Specialist to design, build, and implement a centralised SharePoint site for HHBS. The platform will serve as a training hub, compliance library, resource centre, and internal communication tool. The role also includes connecting data capture paths into Power BI for reporting and insights. This is a project-based role with an expected delivery within 30 days. SharePoint Site Development Create and configure HHBS intranet site (with branding, navigation, and permissions). Build sub-sites/libraries: Training Hub (with Microsoft Forms integration). Policies & Compliance (with version control & review reminders). Resource Library (tagged, searchable). Team Collaboration & Projects. Training & Compliance Integration Upload and structure training materials (videos, PDFs, manuals). Set up staff training tracking via SharePoint Lists or Power Automate. Configure automated reminders for incomplete training and expiring documents. Resource & Data Management Create searchable therapy resource library with metadata. Develop SharePoint Lists or simple Power Apps for capturing staff feedback, supervision notes, and project tasks. Ensure seamless linking between Splose (our clinical system) and SharePoint for quick access. Power BI Dashboards Connect SharePoint Lists and Excel files to Power BI. Build dashboards for: Staff training completion. Compliance status (policies reviewed, training done). Project tracking/operational KPIs. Automation & Workflow Implement Power Automate flows for: Training reminders. Document review alerts. Weekly staff update emails. Handover & Training Provide documentation/user guide for SharePoint & Power BI setup. Train HHBS admin team on how to update, manage, and maintain the system. Required Skills Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online site design & setup. Strong knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, dashboard creation, integration with SharePoint). Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate & Power Apps. Experience setting up document management systems (policies, compliance libraries). Strong communication skills to collaborate with HHBS management and provide handover training. (Preferred) Experience with healthcare, NDIS, or compliance-heavy industries.
