SharePoint & Power BI Transformation

Over the next six months I plan to modernise our internal workspace with Microsoft 365, and I’m looking for a developer who can drive both the SharePoint Online rebuild and the Power BI layer that will sit on top of it. Scope of Work SharePoint Online Development • Design and develop SharePoint Online sites and portals. • Create and manage document libraries, folders, metadata, and permissions. • Configure document management and document control systems. • Develop user-friendly interfaces and navigation structures. Microsoft Lists • Design and implement Microsoft Lists for operational processes. • Create customized forms, views, filters, and reporting structures. • Develop relational data structures where required. Power Automate • Design and implement automated workflows. • Create approval processes and automated notifications. • Automate business processes across departments. • Integrate workflows with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications. • Troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance. Power Apps (Preferred) • Develop customized forms and business applications. • Build user-friendly interfaces for process automation. • Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint and Microsoft Lists. Reporting & Dashboards • Create dashboards and reports for management review. • Develop KPI tracking and process monitoring solutions. • Support data visualization and operational reporting requirements. Documentation & Training • Prepare technical documentation and user guides. • Conduct user training sessions. • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Experience Requirements • Minimum 3 years of SharePoint Online experience. • Demonstrated experience implementing Power Automate workflows. • Experience designing business process automation solutions. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Deliverables • SharePoint Online implementation and configuration. • Microsoft Lists development. • Automated workflow development. • User acceptance testing support. • Documentation and knowledge transfer. • Training of key stakeholders. • Ongoing support during the contract period.
