Xero Data PowerBI Dashboard Integration

I need my Xero organisation connected to Power BI so the dashboard refreshes automatically every day with our invoices, expenses and bank transactions. Once the data is flowing, I’d like tailored DAX measures that go beyond the standard metrics—margin per invoice, expense-to-revenue ratios, cash-flow burn, and a few KPI flags we can discuss together. Here’s what I expect as concrete deliverables: • A secure API or Power Query connection that pulls invoices, expenses and bank transactions from Xero into Power BI with a daily refresh schedule. • A clean data model with relationships and correctly typed fields ready for ad-hoc analysis. • Custom DAX calculations for the KPIs we define. • One or two report pages that visualise those KPIs (tables, charts, slicers) in a layout I can easily extend later. • Clear hand-over notes explaining how to edit credentials, add new visuals and troubleshoot refresh errors. Please use best-practice naming conventions, keep the solution within the standard Power BI service limits, and ensure it works with the most recent versions of Power BI Desktop and the Xero API.
