This engagement is strictly a work-environment verification for an employment background check; no employee presence checks or document reviews are required. What I expect from you: • Visit the site on a mutually agreed date. • Observe and document the everyday working conditions—layout, cleanliness, lighting, noise level, ventilation, overall organization and any obvious safety signage. • Take clear, time-stamped photographs and short video clips where allowed. • Compile a concise, factual report (2–3 pages) summarising your observations and attaching the visual evidence. Discretion is important, so please conduct the visit as a neutral auditor and avoid disrupting staff. A short call before you go will align us on any location specifics or visitor protocols. Deliver the full report and media within 48 hours of the visit.
